The Genusslabor is a high-quality equipped and generously furnished location for events of any kind in the private and business sector. The cuisine is here the connecting element of communication and pleasure. In the Genusslabor®, the head chef of the laboratory, Karl Dammeger, reveals a culinary world full of amazing experiences in an interesting and entertaining atmosphere that makes the senses boil. The themes can be chosen individually or from a broad repertoire.

The Lab Genusslabor I and II

The swiveling cooking island, with the shape of an aubergine, and the extractor hood in the shape of an inverted high heel, are the highlight of this place. In the lab, groups of 8 to 36 people can follow the trail to pleasure. The specially designed table of enjoyment, which can seat 16 people, can be flexibly moved and can be used for gala dinners or even wine tastings. Different kinds of events, such as seminars, training courses and product presentations can be held in the adjoining “private dining room”. This technologically modern and fully equipped room can be transformed into a tasteful gala dinner room or a cozy event zone before or after a seminar.
